What we do

Recopal connects people who want to try a new company or service with people who already use it and can share their personal referral details. Every referral on the platform comes from a real customer with first-hand experience — not an anonymous review or an advert.

How it works

Recopal has two sides, and anyone can take either role:

• A Member browses companies in their region and requests a referral for the service they want to join.
• A Partner lists the services they genuinely use and fulfils requests from Members by sharing their personal referral details.

When a request is accepted, Recopal charges a fixed platform fee to each party — the amount is set by our team when the referral programme is approved, so it is always known up front and never a percentage of your reward.

• Privacy first — a Partner's identity and referral details are never shown publicly. They are shared only with the specific Member matched to them.
• Transparent pricing — a fixed, up-front platform fee per party, and a formal invoice for every transaction.
• Accountability — every request is logged at each step, so both parties always know where things stand.
