Yes. Both Terms & Conditions and the Fee Structure must be accepted before you can browse referral programs or submit requests. You will be prompted automatically after registration.

Browse companies, find a referral program that suits you, and submit a direct request. A referrer will be assigned and will share their referral details with you once they accept.

You will receive the referrer's details via the platform. After you complete the sign-up and receive your reward, both you and the referrer confirm receipt. Once both parties confirm, the request is marked as completed.

Yes, you can revoke a request before it is completed. Go to your request detail page and use the revoke option.

No. You must pay all overdue invoices before you can accept new direct requests.

Two invoices are created when a referrer accepts a request — one for the referrer and one for the new customer. Amounts are fixed fees set at approval time and are due within 30 days of acceptance.

Recopal charges a fixed platform fee set at the time each referral program is approved. The fee amount is visible on your invoice once a request is accepted.
